The highest property prices are found in Kebayoran Baru, sourrounded with similar high prices by the disricts Mampang Prapatan, Setiabudi, and Menteng.
The price bandwidth between highend apartments and cheap apartments is in the group of higher price districts up to 2’000 us$/sqm. This large bandwidth is also seen in the rents with a monthly price difference of 10-15 us$/sqm.

The difference between the highest median property value in Kebayoran Baru (2’829$/sqm) Cengkareng (738$/sqm) with the lowest valuation ist almost 400%.
In the rental market the price difference is similar hight between the highest (Kebayoran Baru; 20.3$/sqm mt) and the lowest (Cengkareng; 6.5$/sqm mt) median apartments rents.
