The amount of available/ monitored property offers are in 20 districts of Bangkok big enough to calculate significant price benchmarks. The result is shown as heat map.
The highest condo prices in Bangkok are asked in district 7 Pathum Wan, half of all condos are more expensive than 117’000 THB/sqm and the high end segment starts above 184’000 THB/sqm.
28 Sathon, 33 Khlong Toei, 39 Watthana, 37 Ratchathewi, 14 Phaya Thai, and 18 Khlong San cluster with an average price of 90’000 – 110’000 the next highest group of districts. At the end of the price range the districts 47 Bang Na, 45 Wang Thonglang, 6 Bang Kapi, and 34 Suan Luang can be found.
