The amount of available/ monitored property offers are in 20 districts of Bangkok big enough to calculate significant price benchmarks. The result is shown as heat map.
The highest apartment rents in Bangkok are asked in district 7 Pathum Wan, half of all condos are more expensive than 560 THB/sqm month and the high end segment starts above 780 THB/sqm month.
33 Khlong Toei and 39 Watthana, cluster with an average price of 500 THB/ sqm month the next highest group of districts. With an average rent of under 300 THB / sqm month the districts 47 Bang Na, 6 Bang Kapi, 34 Suan Luang, 30 Chatuchak, 38 Lat Phrao, and 45 Wang Thonglang can be found at the end of the price range.
